United States of America About The Role:

Plan, implement, coordinate and handle all mechanical operations,maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforcedevelopment programs for a facility, campus or portfolio ofbuildings.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in operations and maintenance issues, fixing and problemsolving & recommend and implement improvements for preventivemaintenance programs and develop/maintain effectivebuilding-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals. Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenantfinish personnel and technicians. Supervise all building systemsincluding fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issuesand must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends. Respond to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation,equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns. Establish and monitor programs to ensure compliance withapplicable codes, requisitions, government agency and companydirectives as relates to building operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from four-yearcollege or university and a confirmed ability and experience.

Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices andtechniques, laws, project controls and environmental regulations toinclude safety laws. Universal CFC certification required. Additional certificationin three or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical,HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical powertransmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.

Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or statejurisdictions. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages,discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financialanalysis. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture.
