Selma, AL Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Fiber Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and interested in gaining hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic cables for residential and commercial projects. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of fiber optic networks. Assist in conducting site surveys and reading technical schematics. Maintain a clean and organized worksite and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and with high quality. Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including OTDRs and fusion splicers.
