Job DetailsWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior IndustrialMaintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. In this role,you will report to the Maintenance Lead and take a hands-onapproach to ensuring the functionality and reliability of ourfacility’s equipment. You will be responsible for preventive andcorrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing toprocess improvements that enhance our production capabilities.

KeyResponsibilities:

Perform skilled maintenance and repair work onfacility structures, production equipment, and ancillary areas.

Oversee preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance in linewith the company’s scheduled plans. Maintain an accurate inventoryof parts and supplies, ensuring materials are always on hand whenneeded. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, andcontrol system issues using technical manuals, diagrams, andschematics. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, minimizingdowntime to ensure production efficiency. Maintain operationalreadiness of the company’s vehicle fleet and material handlingequipment. Implement upgrades, install new equipment, and identifyopportunities for process improvements. Adhere to safetyregulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federalguidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience inan industrial or manufacturing maintenance role. Hands-onexperience with robotic systems and PLC (Programmable LogicControls), with some familiarity in PLC programming. Strongbackground in industrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase),including the ability to use test equipment such as ammeters andmultimeters. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding forfabrication and repair tasks. Ability to read and interpretblueprints and electrical/pneumatic schematics. Experiencetroubleshooting and repairing powered lift equipment. Competence inoperating hand, power, and specialized tools for repairs andequipment upgrades. Familiarity with Computerized MaintenanceManagement Systems (CMMS) and working knowledge of Microsoft Officesoftware. Experience servicing and maintaining motors, conveyorsystems, and transmission systems. Strong communication skills andthe ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

WorkSchedule:
