RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, follow cGMP procedures, and comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Apply aseptic techniques accurately, identify errors in others, and operate PLC-controlled and specialized equipment independently. Accurately execute multi-step solution preparations and batch records (development, GLP, or GMP) with minimal supervision. Independently assemble/disassemble process equipment and identify opportunities for maintenance and calibration improvements. Conduct in-process environmental monitoring and participate in IOQ execution with minimal supervision. Actively maintain cleanliness and contribute to the improvement of facilities, equipment, and procedures. Review and revise SOPs, forms, and other documents as needed to maintain accurate and up-to-date processes.

REQUIREMENTS AA

in a technical field with 2 years’ relevant experience, BS in science/engineering, or 2-5 years of industry experience preferred. Working knowledge of scientific principles and experience with standard processing/manufacturing equipment. Strong written, verbal, and technical writing skills with the ability to understand and author technical documents. Ability to follow directions independently or collaboratively; team-oriented and safety-conscious. Proficient in math and computer use, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
