Engineering Technician Position Available In Montgomery, Alabama

Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and investigate analysis problems related to design and operations of test cells. + Verify laboratory equipment calibration. + Assist with designing systems for lab and production functions. + Set up products for testing and perform necessary steps for prescribed and specialized tests. + Investigate and troubleshoot test equipment-related problems and document findings. + Recommend corrective/improvement changes to Design Engineering. + Design and maintain lab data acquisition systems and support test data management. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience with test equipment, lab systems, process controls, and associated processes. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficient in computer skills and relevant software such as MS Office Suite. + Ability to work well in a matrix team environment. + Knowledge of instrumentation related to refrigeration and gas combustion equipment. + Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures. + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
