TURRET & LASER LEAD

(B259) Express Employment Professionals in Decatur AL is currently hiring a CNC Turret & Laser Leadfor a company located in Decatur, AL . Position is full-time and has potential for long term employment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Utilizes the Work Center Dispatch Report in due date order to coordinate workflow scheduling.
• Exceptions will be communicated by production control or operations manager.
• Must be able to perform all job requirements of a Turret Operator and Laser Operator.
• Must be able to train operators in job details, safe operation of equipment and safety awareness.
• Assists the operators with set-ups, tooling changes, questions, and workload responsibilities.
• Keep Operations Manager advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, and use simple math to perform basic calculations.
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
• Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements.
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition, performs preventative maintenance, light maintenance tasks of equipment and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Ability to work with chemicals, solvents and lubricants.
• Must have a working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally and in writing.
