This positionrequires international USA, Canada, and Mexico travel. Oversee fullindustrial control system project implementation on both hardwareand software problems. Drive plant control system upgrades. Performnew equipment installations. Calibrate instrumentation andequipment. Diagnose and correct PLC problems to minimize downtime,including connecting to the PLC, reading ladder logic, programming,and diagnosing hardware and software problems. Diagnose, repair,and replace electrical components of machines including motors,relays, overloads, cables, switches, sensors, and variable speeddrives. Troubleshoot and calibrate control panels using relaylogic; Cam-driven switch boxes; heat and humidity control systems;process control valves; pneumatic control systems; hydrauliccontrol systems; metal detection systems; ink jet coding systems,electronic scaling systems, electronic meters.
