Industrial Maintenance Tech Advance Onboarding Solutions Arkansas City, AR 71630 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and machinery, contributing to overall productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance tasks. Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement. Perform field service tasks, ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to address maintenance issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensure compliance with high voltage safety standards during repairs and installations. Skills Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and multimeters. Strong understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols. Experience in fabricating parts for machinery or systems. Background as an industrial mechanic or electrician is preferred. Ability to analyze complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions. Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Experience in field service roles, providing on-site technical support. Military experience related to maintenance or technical fields is a plus.
