Hours & Pay Pay:

$18.00-$20.00+/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30

Direct Hire What You’ll Be Doing Set up, operate, and maintain advanced laser cutting machines, including the Amada 9K

ENSIS 4020

Fiber Optic Laser
Read and interpret blueprints, DXF files, and technical drawings to configure cutting parameters
Load and unload materials and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal laser alignment and performance
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
Document production activities, and material usage, and report equipment issues as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support process improvements

What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in CNC or laser tech a plus
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Amada or Trumpf preferred)
Familiarity with laser cutting of various metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of OSHA and ISO safety standards
