Role:

The Dynamics Technician I plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of systems through rigorous testing and validation processes. This position involves conducting pressure tests and analyzing flight dynamics to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. The technician will collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing. By meticulously documenting test results and providing feedback, the technician contributes to the continuous improvement of flight systems. Ultimately, the Dynamics Technician I helps to uphold the integrity and reliability of aviation technology, ensuring that all systems function optimally in real-world conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical training.
Basic understanding of flight dynamics principles and testing methodologies.
Experience with pressure testing equipment and validation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a testing or validation role within the aerospace industry.
Familiarity with data analysis software and tools used in flight dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Conduct pressure tests on various systems to assess their performance and safety.
Analyze dynamics data to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement testing protocols.
Document test results and prepare detailed reports for review by senior technical staff.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during testing.
