We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiber Splicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber optics and telecommunications, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. This role requires extensive travel, so applicants must be willing and able to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

Splice fiber optic cables and perform testing to ensure quality connections

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic systems
• Read and interpret fiber optic schematics and diagrams
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fiber Splicer or similar role

• Proficiency with splicing equipment and tools
• Strong understanding of fiber optic theory and practice
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively.
