Job Overview:
This role involves providing maintenance and repair services for musical instruments and assisting with the upkeep of specific inventory. The position contributes to business growth through excellent customer experience and high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Completing warranty repair work. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Skilled understanding of guitar repair. Ability to understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience. Capability to connect with customers in a meaningful way, demonstrating approachability, genuine engagement, knowledge, encouragement, passion, and commitment. Aptitude for identifying opportunities and issues and following through on work activities. Capacity for quick learning and proactive action. Ability to develop knowledge and skills in product understanding, operations, and sales techniques. Capability to effectively train and communicate information and techniques for retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational product knowledge related to musical instruments.
