The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in small engine repair and servicing heavy machinery. This role requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates at optimal performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in various equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STIHL equipment. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each unit. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and welding equipment for repairs. Strong understanding of small engine repair principles and practices. Experience working as a service technician in a dealership or similar environment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Knowledge of electrical systems related to machinery operation is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
