Job Title:
Electronics Repair & Soldering Technician Pay:
$15-$35/hour, depending on experience We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Electronics Repair & Soldering Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with hardware, troubleshooting issues, and bringing devices back to life. If you’re comfortable using a soldering iron and a computer in the same day, this might be a great fit. What You’ll Do Perform precise soldering and desoldering of electronic components (through-hole and surface mount) Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including identifying faulty components and replacing or reworking as needed Reprogram or reflash firmware using computers and relevant software/tools Conduct functional tests and quality control checks on repaired units Document repairs and updates in our tracking systems Collaborate with the technical team to improve repair processes and efficiency What We’re Looking For Experience with soldering small electronics Familiarity with reprogramming devices or flashing firmware Basic knowledge of electronics, circuitry, and diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Comfortable using a PC or laptop to install or update software on devices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair procedures A problem-solver who’s patient, focused, and doesn’t mind working with tiny components Compensation & Work Environment Pay range: $15-$35/hour , based on experience and skill level Stable, hands-on work with room to grow into more technical or supervisory roles Supportive team, training provided for the right candidate Tools and equipment provided, along with a safe, well-equipped work area If you like fixing things, solving problems, and working with both your hands and your mind, we’d love to hear from you.
