Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial pool and spa repairs with professionalism and precision. Install and troubleshoot a wide range of pool/spa automation control systems. Conduct leak detection and perform necessary repairs. Install, repair, and maintain pumps, filters, and chlorination systems. Work collaboratively with service and repair team members to problem-solve and recommend long-term solutions. Provide excellent customer service through professional appearance, communication, and conduct. Use mobile apps and basic software to manage jobs, document work, and communicate with the team. Maintain an organized and clean work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in pool/spa repairs. Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing installation and repair is a plus. Proficiency with automation systems including installation and diagnostics. Strong working knowledge of pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, and chlorination systems. Skilled in leak detection techniques and repair. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the service team. Comfortable using technology and mobile job management software. Must present a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Compensation:
