We are hiring a full-time technician to work at our warehouse in Miami. This role includes both technical repair work and customer support. You will be responsible for repairing aroma diffusers, performing maintenance, and assisting customers by phone with troubleshooting and basic support.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair aroma diffuser units Perform regular maintenance and cleaning Provide phone support to customers for troubleshooting and product issues Test equipment for proper functionality Keep tools, equipment, and parts organized Log repairs and update inventory as needed Report repair needs and issues to management Assist with preparation for installations when needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electronics or small appliance repair Good communication skills and phone etiquette Comfortable speaking with customers and solving problems over the phone Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work independently Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
