Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Electronic Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for the inspection, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance of a wide range of medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control of products and test medical equipment to guarantee safety and performance.
- Evaluate the structural integrity of medical equipment and components to ensure safe use and operation.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Adhere to instructions and standards established for each task.
- Set up and operate standard test equipment, including but not limited to patient simulators, safety analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Obtain and record test data in accordance with applicable standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical and electronic medical devices is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Associate degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
- Must be bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Skilled in handling basic tools and measuring devices.
