Laser Technician Alive & Well Community Partners 18425 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33169 Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and customer service, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and results. As a Laser Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing various cosmetic treatments while maintaining a safe and sanitized environment. Responsibilities Perform esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation, with precision and care. Administer Botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and dermabrasion procedures as required. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas to ensure client safety. Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and expected outcomes. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and tracking treatment progress. Assist in retail sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in laser technology and cosmetic treatments. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Experience Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment is preferred; certification in laser technology is a plus. Background in customer service with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients. Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment management. Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous. Additional skills such as barbering, eyelash extensions, or other cosmetic procedures are considered a plus.
