This Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting functional issues, replacing defective parts, performing leak and pressure tests, and completing detailed repair documentation. You will work closely with engineers, quality control inspectors, and other technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on schedule. Skills and Education Experience High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of hands-on experience working with pneumatic or mechanical systems (aviation or aerospace preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Skilled in using measurement tools, pressure gauges, test equipment, and hand tools Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with FAA regulations and MRO standards is preferred A&P Certification a plus but not required This is a great position for someone who loves challenges, a chance to learn an exciting business, and looking for an opportunity to move up in a successful company.
