Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping critical systems running smoothly? Join our team as a Branch Automation Technician, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining ATM and security systems across our branch network. ????
What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of ATM systems including Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, Hitachi, and Triton Configure and service alarm systems such as DMP 734 Module-based (Digital Monitoring Products), Bosch, and Honeywell Set up and support CCTV systems including Verint IP Cameras, Digital Watchdog, Open Eye, March, and Clinton Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues Maintain accurate service records and documentation ????️
What You Bring:
Proven experience with ATM hardware and software platforms Hands-on expertise with commercial alarm and CCTV systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally ????
