Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair automatic gates, gate operators, access control systems, and related low-voltage equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Integrate gate systems with access control platforms, keypads, card readers, intercoms, and remote entry solutions. Test system functionality and perform adjustments or calibrations as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Communicate clearly with clients, providing exceptional service and professional guidance. Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory reports. Collaborate with teammates, project managers, and engineers to complete installs efficiently. Operate and maintain tools, testing equipment, and company vehicle responsibly.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in automatic gate installation and service preferred. Proficiency with gate operator systems such as LiftMaster, DoorKing, Viking, HySecurity, FAAC, or similar brands. Working knowledge of access control integration, wiring, and diagnostics. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics, installation manuals, and site drawings. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. OSHA certifications, lift training, and manufacturer certifications are a plus.

FASA/BASA

certification is highly preferred or must be obtained upon hire.
