Data/Fiber Optic Technician Confidential Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
Position:
Data/Fiber Optic Technician Running new cabling in new or existing buildings. Termination and Testing of Cat 6 & Fiber Optic Cable Knowledge of fusion splicing and fiber terminations Troubleshooting of Cat 6 and Fiber Optic Cables. Building out of telecommunication rooms and data centers. Reading and fully understanding blueprints and specifications. Running crews in sizes from 3-10 crew members. Knowledge of Fluke test equipment for copper and fiber/OTDR. 5+ years BICSI certified (not required, but a plus) Must be able to pass a background check
