The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic equipment in a manufacturing facility. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure the highest quality of service and support for our clients. Duties Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems and components. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in diagnostics and repairs. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of hydraulic equipment to identify issues. Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal operation of machinery within the facility. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist in training new technicians on hydraulic systems and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks. Skills Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments for diagnostics and repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on hydraulics and industrial maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Experience working in a manufacturing facility environment. Ability to utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Military experience is valued but not required; transferable skills are appreciated. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
