In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pool repair services to our valued customers. Your expertise will contribute significantly to ensuring customer satisfaction and the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pool equipment such as pumps, filters, salt cells and heaters -Conduct routine pool maintenance to ensure proper functioning repairs. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks. Diagnose equipment issues and provide timely solutions to customers. Communicate with customers regarding service needs and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency. Assist on pool routes as needed – performing thorough pool cleaning and chemical balancing to ensure water quality – including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
