Summary We are seeking a Product Care & Repair Technician to join our dynamic team at StyleCraft, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of and warranty claims. This hands-on role includes inspecting returned merchandise, performing light repairs, documenting service actions, and preparing products for restocking or replacement. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and categorize incoming returned merchandise Validate claims against warranty terms and Stylecraft policies Enter return details into internal systems and track inventory disposition Warranty Repairs Perform basic repairs on clippers, trimmers, and other grooming tools Use diagnostic and quality check tools to ensure proper function post-repair. Document all service work and parts used Logistics & Inventory Support Assist with pick-and-pack activities for replacement or serviced items. Coordinate with inventory control to manage returned stock Maintain an organized and efficient work area Customer Service Alignment Work closely with Customer Experience and Tech Support teams to ensure timely resolutions Communicate service status updates or anomalies promptly to the team lead

• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or minimum three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in warranty processing, returns, or technical product service preferred.
