MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a US Citizen Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately Good communication skills Have a secret security clearance or able to obtain a secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Performs ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment change Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks Conduct ESS/functional testing (and troubleshooting) activities on complex electronic systems Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices
