Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to support a leading aerospace client’s production team. In this hands-on role, you will conduct critical testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and mechanical components. You will play a key part in ensuring product quality and compliance with aerospace standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in electronics, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to aerospace innovations. This is a second-shift role requiring U.S. citizenship due to export compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions down to the component level. Repair, calibrate, and verify proper functioning of test equipment. Maintain detailed documentation and test reports. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain high product standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic systems to the component level. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED. Must be a U.S. citizen (Export Control Requirement).

Preferred:

Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field. Experience in the aerospace industry or with aerospace-grade testing standards. Familiarity with Time Work Bench or similar timekeeping systems. Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
