Industrial Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do:
Exactly the machinery you’ll be wrench-in-hand with every day Stickpack FFS lines
- dial-in seal jaws, swap belts, fine-tune registration Horizontal FFS/cartoners
- change flight chains, rebuild gearboxes, straighten infeed conveyors Auger & rotary pouch fillers
- change auger screws, rebuild clutches Capsule fillers & neck-banders
- clear jams, adjust dwell, swap tooling, torque-check bands Print-and-apply labelers
- calibrate sensors, flash firmware, diagnose PLC I/O faults Basic Workflows Diagnose on the fly.
Trace electrical faults with a multimeter, chase pneumatics with a leak-detector, or scope a PLC point when the HMI throws a cryptic error. Execute PMs & Kaizen fixes. You’ll close scheduled PMs, log every repair in our CMMS, and spot design tweaks that shave downtime. Team & vendor liaison. Coach operators on basic care, and call in OEM techs only when it’s truly beyond our scope. What You Bring 3+ yrs hands-on maintenance in food, beverage, pharma, or high-speed CPG. Strong mechanical chops — gear reduction, bearings, chains, and pneumatics are second nature.
Working electrical/electronic skill:
120-480 V motors, VFDs, sensors, swapping boards Job Schedule & Location
- First shift, straight days, Monday-Friday, with occasional paid OT to keep the lines humming.
