Tech Support/Repair Technician Job Description:
We are seeking a Repair/Technical Support Technician to join our team! You will repair and test electronic/mechanical devices and assist customers with their technical support needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering team
- under EOL supervision
- Repair both electronic and mechanical devices
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues with electronic locks/access control systems by phone
- Keep accurate repair records
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in technical support OR Minimum 1 year previous experience in electronic/ electrical/ mechanical repairs
- Familiarity with customer/ technical support by phone
- will train (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools and basic test equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High School Diploma
- Required Associate Degree in Electronics
