Overview
We are seeking a Predictive Maintenance Inspector for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will perform physical testing and assessments of water and wastewater treatment plants, irrigation systems, lift stations, bleed valves, tunnel or stormwater transfer sites and other related facility equipment.
Hours are Monday

  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm
  • This position has a pay rate of $22

  • Responsibilities
  • Assess equipment and make recommendations for repair or replacement
  • Take information obtained through testing and inspections and complete relevant work orders from the Maintenance Connection CMMS program
  • Use a computer to create lists, spreadsheets or reports
  • Provide asset condition scoring for all equipment
  • Make recommendations for future system upgrades
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports that portrays the asset team’s findings for all equipment
  • Aside from annual assessments, asset team members are also responsible for going to new equipment start-ups to test and assess the new sites, create punch lists and make recommendations
  • Collect data nameplate information at new sites, take pictures of equipment and pass this on to the CMMS team so they can create the new assets in the program
  • After punch lists are completed, make a re-assessment of location and ultimately is responsible for the sign-off acceptance of each location and equipment
  • Make re-assessments and sign off on any major repairs or replacements of existing equipment performed by the maintenance department or the client
    Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid Drivers License
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Connection or other CMMS
  • Prior experience working with a condition assessment team is a plus
