Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in plumbing and electrical systems, as well as a strong commitment to customer service and quality work. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of residential and commercial swimming pool equipment. Communicating with customers and property managers Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, lights, and control systems Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs or replacements Ensure all work is completed to code and safety standards Provide friendly, professional service while working at customer sites Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and functional condition Provide customers estimates based on diagnosis Requirements Ability to work independently and with a team to troubleshoot effectively Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems (pool-related experience a plus) Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to contact technical support and communicate effectively with manufacturers when troubleshooting extends beyond personal expertise Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn new technologies and repair techniques as pool systems evolve Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills for interacting with clients Ability to read and interpret schematics, and instruction manuals Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable using smartphones and computers to support daily work tasks and communication If you’re ready to dive into a rewarding career where your skills make a splash, apply now to join the ProServe Pools team!
