About the Role In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operationof the building systems inside a client facility. You will repair,maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materialhandling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout thefacility. What You’ll Do Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE,including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging anddistribution equipment. Complete and properly document preventative maintenanceroutines. Track and store department inventory. Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client andOperations Maintenance team members. Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned. What You’ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1 year of related experience and/or training. Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements includingstooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with orwithout reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school orcollege with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field. 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience withelectrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance withOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
