Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for automation and keeping systems running at peak performance? We’re looking for an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team in a direct hire role at a leading warehouse facility.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and maintain automated warehouse equipment (ASRS cranes, shuttles, conveyors, etc.) Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Use CMMS to manage work orders, PMs, and documentation Respond to alarms and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to support production flow Read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for diagnostics Support improvement initiatives and provide vendor support when needed Maintain safety and compliance with all company and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of electrical or electromechanical experience (or 2-year degree in Mechatronics or similar) Experience with

PLC/HMI, 480V

wiring, automation systems Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (CMMS) Familiarity with SCADA systems and WMS a plus Arc Flash Certification or Automated Vehicle knowledge is a bonus

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automation systems (electrical, mechanical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics). Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime. Respond to equipment alarms and troubleshoot issues on systems like Shuttles and ASRS cranes. Use CMMS to log maintenance tasks, work orders, and service records. Collaborate with the logistics team to support operations and minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and electrical drawings. Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and permit-to-work procedures. Provide technical support to vendors and assist with system improvements. Stay current with

WMS, TGW

systems, and related technologies through training. The essential functions of this role include:
