Duties, Responsibilities & Other We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 3D Laser Scanning Operator to join our growing survey team. If you have experience-or a strong interest-in high-resolution 3D scanning and LiDAR technology, we want to hear from you! You’ll work with industry-leading equipment like the Leica RTC360, P40, and NavVis systems to support exciting, hands-on projects across the country.

Responsibilities:

Operate 3D laser scanning equipment (Leica RTC360, P40, NavVis, or similar) to capture detailed as-built data
Set up, calibrate, and maintain scanning gear in field environments
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate data collection
Travel extensively (majority of the time) to job sites nationwide
Manage field logistics and maintain project documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 3D laser scanning or surveying workflows
Familiarity with point cloud data and associated software
Comfortable with using a PC on a daily basis
Surveying background or certification a plus
Comfortable working independently in the field and in various site conditions
Valid driver’s license Please note that this role will require the occasional need to lift and/or move items weighing up to 70 lbs., including materials, tools, or equipment related to inspections. This could also include carrying equipment up ladders and stairs. Qualifications Education and/or

Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Highschool Diploma/GED Certificates, licenses, and/or

Registrations Required:

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to maintain required certifications.
