About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to lead, coach, support, and grow a diverse team of software engineers for our client. As a hands-on leader, you will guide the technical direction of projects, foster team collaboration, and champion engineering excellence across the stack.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of talented web engineers, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement. Provide architectural guidance and code design feedback in at least one of our core languages. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to plan and deliver high-impact features. Ensure technical quality through thoughtful code reviews, testing best practices, and automation. Contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts to build a high-performing, inclusive engineering team. Balance hands-on coding with team leadership and project oversight.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong foundation in web development

Proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an inclusive leadership style.
