Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our technical operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing gaming machines through comprehensive training and direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines to ensure optimal functionality and performanceConduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyExecute electronic repairs and collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical mattersMaintain accurate documentation of repairs and technical procedures according to established protocolsUtilize two-way radio communication to coordinate with floor staff and managementStay current with industry developments and new slot machine technologiesThis position requires attention to detail and technical proficiency in a fast-paced gaming environment.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older as per legal requirementsDemonstrated technical proficiency in gaming machine mechanics, electronics, and electrical functionsStrong understanding of electronic repair and maintenance proceduresExperience and Education (One of the following):

Minimum one year of slot machine repair experienceCompletion of an accredited slot repair technical program

Technical Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of hand and power toolsKnowledge of diagnostic equipment and testing procedures

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsCapability to perform maintenance tasks requiring stooping, kneeling, and crouchingPhysical capacity to safely push, pull, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 80 pounds

Additional Requirements:
