Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Slot Technician I to join our team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines while receiving ongoing training and supervision to develop your technical expertise.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines, equipment, and related hardwareRespond to and resolve common floor calls independentlyPerform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance proceduresDiagnose machine faults and conduct basic troubleshootingIdentify electronic issues at the board level and escalate complex problems to senior techniciansInterpret and apply technical information from repair manuals and equipment documentationCommunicate effectively using two-way radio systemsMaintain current knowledge of new slot products and equipmentDocument all maintenance and repair activities accuratelyFollow safety protocols and gaming regulations consistentlyQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderOne year of experience in slot machine maintenance or related field preferredGraduate of slot repair school or similar technical program preferredDemonstrated ability to use various hand tools and power tools safelyBasic understanding of electronics and mechanical systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentationBasic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentationPhysical requirements:
