Weare currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ControlsTechnician to join our innovative team in the Manufacturingindustry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment used inthe manufacturing process. This role is integral to ensuring thesmooth operation of our production lines and contributing to ourcompany’s efficiency and profitability. This position requires ahigh level of technical aptitude and an insatiable desire to learnand grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) systems to control ourmanufacturing processes. 2. Utilize software like VFD, SCADA, RSLogix, Panelview, and HMI for programming and automation tasks. 3.Design and implement control systems to enhance efficiency andsafety. 4. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems andapparatus, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operationalefficiency. 5. Collaborate with the engineering team to understandproject requirements and implement control systems accordingly. 6.Develop and maintain documentation, such as system diagrams, SOPs,and operational manuals. 7. Provide training and technical supportto other team members and departments as required. 8. Stay abreastof emerging technologies in control systems and PLC programming andrecommend improvements where necessary. 9. Comply with all safetyregulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry. 3.Proven experience with PLC programming and control systems design.4. Proficiency in using

VFD, SCADA, RS

Logix, Panelview, and HMI.5. Excellent understanding of automation and control systems. 6.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 7.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Abilityto manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 9.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay updated withemerging technologies. 10.
