Responsibilities Required Skills:

Interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards Experience serving as CPSO Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements to include collateral Closed Areas and ICD 705 to meet contractual needs Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc. Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program

Desired Skills:

Experience developing and implanting OPSEC plans Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems Experience with DoD construction Resourceful in solving problem and capitalizing on opportunities Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Security preferred FSO certification with minimum 2 years of experience as an FSO preferred MES required Problem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project management RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, PC boards and wire bonding Experience in working with chip and wire processes preferred Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication required Microsoft Office proficient
