Mechanical and Electrical Job Purpose:

Tests, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydro mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments. Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements. Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and utilize appropriate measurement procedures. Perform corrective actions to address identified measurement issues. Adapt equipment, standards, and procedures to accomplish unique measurements. Maintain calibration standards. Ensures the calibration laboratory is maintained. Interfaces with the customer to determine support requirements. Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with all required procedures, applicable regulatory requirements and quality requirements. Generate Calibration Investigation Forms (CIF) to monitor the quality of calibration equipment. Evaluate new calibration methods and procedures.

Qualifications:

AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 3 years of related experience.
