  • 8% of base hourly rate paid forapplicable hours worked
Schedule:

10:00 am

  • 6:30 pm, Sunday
  • Thursday, 2nd Shift Ability to work holidays and weekends perbusiness needs Must be able to attend training for 12 weeks duringthe day from 6:00 am

Troubleshoot and diagnose cause of electronic or mechanicalmalfunctions using knowledge, manuals, SOPs, specifications, andother workplace aids Program and modify new and existing PLCprograms Resolve and repair all system faults and anomaliesassociated with installation, operation, maintenance, andconnectivity problems including changes, adjustments, andmodifications to control code and standard operating parametersWrite and debug PLC Logic and make recommendations for majorcorrective actions Troubleshoot problems dealing with plantinstrumentation and automation equipment including valves;pressure; temperature; level, flow, conductivity, speed, forceinstruments; motor controls; PLC’s, HMI’s, etc. Obtain drawings,instructional manuals, and special procedures as needed from filesor other sources. Make any additional sketches, diagrams, etc., asnecessary Develop applications using Human Machine InterfacesPerform maintenance tasks to include repairing, planning,coordinating, and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhaulson all equipment Identify processing waste reduction opportunitiesand manage waste reduction projects Communicate, coach, and trainemployees to continuously improve the team’s ability to respond toequipment failures and loss of production Areas of responsibilitywill include but are not limited to: Production support, MechanicalRoom, Water Processing, Boiler Room, Wastewater Treatment, WaterChemical Treatment Program Qualifications Five or more years provenmaintenance experience in a manufacturing environment High schooldiploma, GED, or equivalent experience; additional technicaltraining or certifications preferred Rslogix 500, Studio 5000experience required A&B Panelbuilder; Factorytalk View ME,Wonderware, Fanuc experience preferred Ability to integratePLC-based code into information gathering systems Working Knowledgeof Ethernet/Device Net/DH/ControlNet/Remote I/O SystemsIntermediate working knowledge level of PLC programming andautomation Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems(pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processingMust be self-managed and efficient when performing workunsupervised Proficient computer navigation skills, including theuse of Microsoft Office applications Available for call-ins or tocover all shifts to support production teams as required Be able towork flexible schedule as determined by business needs Must bewilling and able to train other mechanics; ability to adapt toother’s learning styles is imperative Develop and prepare necessaryreports and maintain daily documentation Must be able to dophysical inspections of equipment that will require climbing,reaching, and extending arms overhead Must be able to obtainMassachusetts Special to Operate Engineering License (Steam Plant)within 6 months (company will train) Primo Brands’ establishedportfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and PureLife®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regionalleaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, andZephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, andflavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and ACION®.
