Electronic Monitoring Technician Chief of Staff KC Warrensburg, MO 64093 Job Overview Chief of Staff KC is seeking a Electric Monitoring Technician for a client of ours in the Warrensburg, MO area. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of knowledge and technical skills to effectively support the operational needs of the organization. Duties Installation and configuration of electronic monitoring on individuals Monitors, supervises and/or provides investigatory work of offenders ordered to be on electronic monitoring. Perform administrative / clerical / office tasks Effectively communicate with others Some travel is necessary, and will need a valid driver’s license and insurance Prepares confidential correspondences and maintains classified files Prepares various reports and handles and other general administrative functions as assigned Some public speaking New employee training is mandatory Enter data and keep records Applicants will be subject to drug testing Skills Exceptional customer service, both internally and externally Has an eye for attention to detail Knowledge in Microsoft Office Ability to troubleshoot and juggle multiple tasks Strong organization skills Ability to follow direction, written or verbal Strong customer service skills Ability to operate standard office equipment and knowledge of basic office management procedures Must be very well organized and a problem solver Must be proactive, resourceful and self- motivated
