Wellness Technician
The Wellness Technician is responsible for administering wellness services to PALM Health members.
Vitality services include:
halotherapy (salt room); cryotherapy; biomat; infrared sauna; steam room; sound focus; and cell recharge (PEMf) treatments, among other services. The Tech will be primarily responsible for administering the different vitality therapies, providing explanations of treatments, and reviewing instructions for after-visit care, when applicable.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Minimum one year’s experience working in a similar field (preferred)
Previous spa or wellness experience (preferred)
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
