Position Summary:

As a PDR Technician, you will be responsible for removing dents, dings, and hail damage from vehicles without the need for traditional bodywork or painting. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an eye for precision and a passion for quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform paintless dent repairs on various vehicle makes and models Evaluate damage and determine appropriate repair techniques Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on every job Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

Proven experience in paintless dent repair (1+ years preferred) Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently and efficiently Must have own tools and reliable transportation (if mobile) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

I-CAR or other certifications a plus Experience with hail damage repair Familiarity with other cosmetic repair services (e.g., bumper repair, scratch removal)
