Mobile ADAS Technician Adas Safe Hickory, NC Job Summary The Company is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform diagnostic procedures and ADAS calibrations on certain vehicle makes and models while delivering high levels of customer service. This role involves driving and managing a specialized vehicle equipped for on-site calibration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Company Description ADAS Safe operates specialized brick-and-mortar service centers dedicated solely to the precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors in post-collision vehicles, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in calibration and a strong understanding of calibration techniques. 2+ years of experience of previously driving a cargo van. Technical expertise in operating and maintaining calibration equipment. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Clean driving record and background check required
Responsibilities:
Drive, operate, and manage the mobile calibration truck to various client locations. Perform on-site calibration of equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Individuals must be able to complete Static/ Dynamic calibrations on site. Diagnostics and minor wiring repairs will be occasionally performed. Assess and determine which calibrations cannot be performed on-site and need to be transferred to a brick-and-mortar facility for proper OEM calibrations. Ensure all calibration procedures are accurately documented and reported. Maintain and troubleshoot calibration equipment and the mobile truck. Regularly clean and maintain the truck to ensure it meets operational standards and presents a professional appearance. Manage inventory of calibration tools and supplies. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the truck and performing calibration tasks. Communicate daily with dispatch/ ADAS coordinators and management teams. • Travel may be required to complete additional training and education
