PM Technician Role Overview Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager. Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls. Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems. Perform equipment installation and welding. Records work done on forms provided. Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines. Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom. Performs equipment changeovers. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience. One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience. One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase. Maintenance troubleshooting experience. Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics. Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging. Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems. Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques. Good Machine Shop skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
