Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Fiber Splicing and Installation team. The projects will involve Spicing Fiber and Installations and later on if we see that you are responsible and reliable we will be happy to have you on our team officially for other projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are already experienced and are fully equipped with their technician tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and install supporting structures, including retaining walls, to ensure trench stability.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other team members for smooth operations.
- Report any issues or concerns to the project manager promptly.
Qualifications:

- Must have truck or van/suv
- The Fiber Installation Equipment
- Ability to Splice Fiber
- Experience in running lines from the pole to the house
- Proficient in indoor fiber insulation
- Great customer service!
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- Hand eye coordination
- Reliable and punctual.
