You’ll dive deep into troubleshooting, dismantling, and reassembling devices, ensuring their optimal performance. From machining operations to complex system analysis, your role is crucial in maintaining equipment integrity. Role Expectations Curate and repair advanced operational devices by resolving root problems and malfunctioning parts. Source and manage materials required for maintenance solutions. Ensure industry-grade service standards in maintenance endeavors. Operate key machinery and perform welding for component manufacturing and repairs. Promote best practices through continuous improvement activities. Document and review corrective maintenance logs with precision. Troubleshoot system controls, resolving any hardware/software configurations. Harness predictive tech to assess equipment efficiency and functionality. Guide teammates while advancing personal skills through dynamic training. Uphold safety policies in every task while navigating risk assessment and hazard identification. Your Qualifications Completion of high school or GED required. An associate degree with a technical strength, accompanied by 3 years of experience, or 5 years proven track record in industry roles. Command over electrical and mechanical systems for accurate repair actions. Experience with both basic and specialized tech tools. Flexibility to adapt to travel needs as necessary.
