We’re looking for a seasoned Auto Repair Master Technician or Shop Foreman to lead our repair team and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company with a strong reputation for reliability and expertise. As an Auto Repair Master Technician / Shop Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our repair shop. You’ll be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, as well as overseeing and mentoring a team of technicians. Your leadership will ensure that the shop operates efficiently and that all work is performed to the highest standards. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who not only excels in technical skills but also has the leadership ability to guide and support a team of technicians in their work. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise:
Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring they are performing high-quality work efficiently and meeting customer expectations.
Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:
Use your advanced technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, transmission, electrical systems, diagnostics, etc.).
Quality Control:
Perform final inspections on vehicles before they are returned to customers, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Mentorship and Training:
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior technicians, helping them to grow their skills and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies.
Workflow Management:
Prioritize and assign tasks to technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, offering expert advice and addressing any concerns.
Maintain Shop Operations:
Ensure the shop runs smoothly, including managing inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining tools and equipment. Adhere to
Safety Standards:
Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed to create a safe work environment for all team members.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
