Assembly Maintenance Engineers/Technicians for the maintenance of automation and assembly equipment with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to support custom automated assembly. Programming PLCs and HMIs using RSLogix and FTView. Supervising the setup and operation of all automated machinery. Participating in final system performance testing. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and computer-generated reports. Working independently to meet project timelines while maintaining productivity. Demonstrating proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors. Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic operations. Interfacing with computer systems, including SAP, for maintenance work orders. Requirements Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience. Training or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical disciplines is required. Strong attendance record and positive attitude. Pay depending on experience #
